So...what do you teach in Health?

General health for the younger kids- proper nutrition, good habits, stuff like that! For the older kids, it's more of the same, and a few other topics.

For the younger years, it'll just be more of a general health class- good eating and sleeping habits, how to work with your schedule without getting exhausted, and understanding what happens when you reach puberty. For the older students, it's the same thing, with an introduction into basic sex education.
