Amusing fact: my dad has Opinions on that Sheen-centric Jimmy Neutron spin-off. Specifically on the (lack of) consistancy of the characterization between it and the original and whether or not the series has jumped the shark because of it.
My dad's inner nerd is not hidden very far down. -

I'm going to avoid commenting on the more rage-inducing aspects of current US politics or else I will surely be reduced to incoherent keyboard smashing and just note that a government shutdown will really put a damper on my plans to visit the National Zoo this weekend. -
I am in fandom purely for the Awesome Ladies and also sometimes the Dudes
So, I finally finished reading the FMA manga/have been rereading large chunks of it, and two things:
