Today I feel like utter shite. I've not been sleeping much - I keep having horrible, horrible nightmares. The night before last I had one where I was on a ship and a massive tidal wave thing submerged it and I woke up just before I drowned. I had a particularly horrible one last night which I don't even want to recite and then I had another one

have you tried putting lavender on your pillow? I know it sounds lame, but it works for me sometimes.

lavander is usually good. i just go through phases like this though. i wont have a memorable dream for ages and then i'll just allofasudden keep getting really weird, vivid ones - usually involving people i've not seen for a very long time.
