A quick "Thank you!" to my Spin-to-knit trade partner. I arrived home after walking about a mile though th snow to make it to the Metro to catch a USAir flight out of Regan National, only to have it sit on the tarmac for almost 3 hours. I was sick last weekend, and busy the weekend before. It's inventory month, and I've been trying to scan approximately 809 volumes/day in addition to my "regular" teaching duties. I woke and realized that I'd created an altar to spinning during my bedtime "tidying up"! That's the "Spruce" merino/silk lap on the stone & metal spindle. Cotton on the others.
