Cupcakes and Mojito's
So there we were... realizing that I love the Bacardi Mojito ad with the dancing people and the hip shaking beat. There then had to be Mojito's. We only had Passion Fruit Rum, but we had Splenda (still doing the low carb thing successfully), Diet Sprite for fizz, ice...all we needed was Mint! I am proud to announce that I have accepted an offer for a new job starting March 31st with Public Consulting Group (www.pcgus.com). It will be based out of Boston, but involve some travel to project sites across the country.

There has been interest in the recipe for an UBER chocolatey cake I made recently. I'd never made one before, being more of a Vanilla girl (no laughing). So...without any more delay:
