It's a part of my past that I really am glad I've managed to stay tenuously connected to. It's a great community for me to visit...but I couldn't live there, ya know?

I helped a friend make 3 T-tunics with side vents and trim for a week long LARPing event (not Pennsic *sigh) in a few weeks and then moved on to cutting out all the pieces for my new size smaller corset. I've got a family wedding in Chicago in Sept and I'm really hoping to have the corset, skirt and top done in time. We'll see...

Sounds like you could "drop in" from time to time. I bet if you make contacts at the beginning of each year that you could drop in throughout the year to join in!

Unfortunately, it only runs 2 weekends a year. So it's not like it's a community I coul dhook into. The folks that were friends of friends were from my KRF days with WGPTrey.
