Joe and I got engaged!!!

Yesterday Joe and I went to my parents' house for my birthday, because I decided that going to my parents' the weekend before was more sensible. I am very pleased--I received a turntable, an item I have been desiring for about a year and a half now. Now I can finally listen to such musical masterpieces as "Music to Change Her Mind."

Oh my goodness, it has been almost three months since I last posted here. That is quite incredible.
But I suppose that is due to the fact that I really don't have anything of interest going on. I mean, I go to school, (American Literature, Realism, 1865-1914 and Psychology 101) and I am working on my SIP (senior thesis) which is about prostitution ( Read more... )

It's been a while since I last posted.
Honestly, not a whole lot has been happening around here.
Working, just tooling around my apartment, visiting Joe, doing crafty stuff...that's about it.
How are your summers going?

I've now finished this school year
What a year it's been
I hope I'll survive the next.

I have heat again.
And, despite the icky rain early this morning, it is a beautiful day.
I so need outdoor chairs for my balcony.

I have no heat.
