Recall last summer, when the Seattle P-I declined to participate in the FBI's witch hunt for two Middle-Eastern looking men who weren't sufficiently interest in the scenery? And the flak the P-I caught for its failure to defame these two individuals without more than a racist hunch?

Turns out racist assumptions don't make for effective law

I was horrified when I saw that on the news the other day and the anchors just moved on. Shouldn't they mention how horrifying the whole thing is?

I for one am all in favor of spending countless man hours tracking down and arresting potential Middle-Eastern Muslim TERRORIST threats on American soil, whether they be taking photos of a ferry, or urinating in a public restroom, or baking cupcakes for a birthday party, or ordering food at a drive-thru window, or camping next to God fearing American white families in our National Parks.

It's just common sense.
