    It may surprise you that I intend to endorse a Republican this November, given that I am a devout Monarchist. But Bob Kelleher1 really speaks to my values. To wit: establishing a parliamentary system and doing away those troublesome Articles I and II of the U.S. Constitution.     I know it's merely a continuation of an obstructionist procedural mechanism, but there's something delightful about House Republicans voting against Mother's Day. This on the heels of Senate Republicans voting against holding employers accountable for sex discrimination.
