Weeks 3 & 4

I don't know what to tell anyone about week 3. I haven't changed eating habits yet, so that's a definite caveat. Week 3, I think, was at 292.5. This morning (week 4 weight) I was at 291.5.

However .. .working out is going well. I am sore as hell, but it feels good. I worked out almost every day last week, but the goal is 3 days a week until that ( Read more... )

I hate working out too, but I love the soreness afterwards. Yay for muscle weighing more than fat! Go 'way nasty fat; make room for trim muscular body!

Yeah, when I started working at costco I dropped like 2 or 4 inches off my waist, but I stayed basically the same weight. My doctor told me, not that I didn't know this already, but muscle does weigh more than fat and so if you're gaining weight and losing size it's a good thing, and that eventually that'll even out and you'll start losing weight, too. :)
