The results from the ultrasound were as follows: The baby is DEFINITELY a girl, about 9 pounds, perfectly healthy, has hair, and late. ;-) We got to see her face. That was wonderful ( Read more... )

I'm so frustrated. Yesterday was so hopeful! Between 10:30 and 4:30 yesterday I had contractions pretty regularly about 30 minutes apart. None were painful, just strong. So I'm thinking it's time to pack the bags, get ready, clean the apartment just in case ( Read more... )

My days are numbered...as of Thursday, I was dilated 1 centimeter and effaced 60%. Pretty good for 37 weeks. The baby's head is at a -1 position: that means the head is nearly entirely engaged in my pelvic bone ( Read more... )

I had the weirdest dream last night - I was picking up the baby and going to some mechanic for my car or a part or something. I got there, undid the baby carrier and went inside to the mechanic shop.
