I was so hoping that your mary could survive beacuse she made your john awesome!!!

can't wait! and I soo love that john loves the boys so much that he won't leave them..
one of my highlights in this chapter?
here it is..

....Protecting them was all that mattered now, and John needed to learn the game fast if he was going to keep them safe. John didn’t care who tried to come after them, demons, social services even Mary’s dad, John would stop them all or he would die trying....

Aw, thank you for such a lovely comment. :) I'm so happy you enjoyed the story! I was sad to have to kill Mary but I always planned for this fic to end with just John and the boys.

Wow... I really didn't expect this to happen... Mary dying took me totally by surprise...

Your story was brilliant, it was heartbreaking and had me in tears and on the edge of my seat in parts and I couldn't stop reading.

Great work!

(Although I must admit, I would have liked to see Mary go with John and the boys to her father... Dean and Sam have suffered so much, losing the woman who was like a second mother to them could destroy them :( )

I didn't know just how AU you were taking this. It's a really interesting twist that gets us back to the starting point anyway. There will certainly be some things to work out with the boys being the age they are, the things they've already survived, and Samuel in the picture. Even if he was originally going to just help Sam (and I have my doubts about that), he'll almost certainly blame Sam, and John, for Mary's death.

{The sequel will tie up the lose ends of this story}
Among other things, a certain CPS employee named Davis needs to be brought to justice.

There is certainly going to be lots of issues that the boys will need to work through in the sequel. Learning to hunt, etc, is not going to easy given their history!

Don't worry I fully intend for the CPS storyline to be a part of the sequel. :)
