What do you think of resume's having bullets in them?? (note: not gun bullets, but bullets as in a list)

Are they not sapose to have them?

99% of the resume templates out there have them. I tried getting away with not using them but was shut down. Cold. I think that it helps employers seperate things out since most of the time you're lucky to have them spend one minute looking at your resume.

well thats just great. i was instructed to ditch the bullets and spent hours yesterday getting rid of them. ug.
