Taking the Bad with the Good
About 6 weeks ago, I joined Weight Watchers at work. Without being boastful, I'm happy to report that in those 6 weeks, I have lost 10% of my starting weight. I got a cute little copper key-ring from WW! I'm the star of our group!
But...
