We're about to embark on the 11 hour car ride back to CT for Christmas. Gs ass of a boss scheduled him to work until 9pm tonight so we're leaving as soon as he gets home. Figured it was better to get as much done as possible while the kids sleep (hopefully) in the car. Not looking forward to this but am excited to go to CT, Boston and Cape Cod!

Argh I've been cursed twice now with child sleep issues. I thought nothing could be worse than what we went through with Aubrey but Connor's sleep habits have plummeted. So we were supposed to leave for CT on Friday afternoon/evening after G got off work. Now G has Friday off but is working Saturday until 9PM!! Aubrey fell down the stairs yesterday..top to bottom. Ugh it was so freaky! She turned around to see if I was coming down too and slipped. I could only stand there at the top and watch. G applied for a job in MA about an hour from my parents and 1.5 hours from Gs parents. It sounds like an awesome opportunity for him and would be so great to get back to New England! So, on to the job thing. G has applied for 4 jobs now for next season and has not gotten interviews for any of them. His resume is fantastic and very impressive. I can only think that his age has something to do with it because I cant imagine another reason why he wouldnt even get an interview.
