As I mentioned in a previous post,gottasing 's luggage didn't make it to Rome with her.  Instead, United Airlines was kind enough to send her luggage to Frankfurt.   Since we were not staying in Rome, United sent the luggage to the villa via DHL.  Unfortunately, the villa's location does not exist in DHL-world so the delivery was never made.
