Bad news

Was speaking to my Mum today and I learned that a former work colleague had died. I worked with him from 1989-1996 but saw him several times after that period. He was only 55. I've lost several friends/colleagues over the years and it always reminds you that we're not here forever and that we should try and make the most of our lives. At times
