Maybe we should bounce suggestions and ideas off one another. I hear that if you diet and exercise and record things you're more likely to be honest about it.
Dr. Oz from Oprah said last night that you have to have will power and determination first. Then the motivation to keep it up will come as you see and feel the results. And it helps to have someone go through it with you. Anyway, I hope you have good luck reaching your goal.
