I'm happy, amazed, I don't know what. While Dave and I were gone this weekend, I tried to make some good food choices, but I most definitely did not stick to the diet plan. I expected that I'd come home to a weight gain but start back on the diet today to get rid of it and keep working, figuring it was worth it to enjoy my food on this trip even ( Read more... )

byko is going out to LA on 3/26 and coming home on 3/29 because of a conference. He's the only one from his company going, so he's not stuck with work people, and he gets a reasonable generous per diem, given that breakfast and lunch are provided.
