My First Night With Two Kids
When we first got home today it felt like a trial by fire. We left the hospital and started on a string of errands. We stopped at Walmart for formula and a few other things. Holy Lord!
I was scheduled for my c-section on Wednesday, August 5. We had to be there at 5:30am and all in all it was uneventful. For some reason I was extremely nervous and filled with far more anxiety and fear of this one than the first one. Baby Stuff
I went for my 36 week appointment today. It was eventful. I was due to get my cerclage out today. The doctor removed it. Or attempted to. All she managed to get out was the knot. The actual string is still in there and they have no idea if the string is still in tact around my cervix or if it was cut at all. As a result of this I am not ALLOWED to ( Read more... ) -

Cerclage Day
So I went and had my cerclage done today. It has been a clusterfuck of a day. David was supposed to take me and stay with me all day. I had to be at the hospital earlier than he could get me there so I drove myself. He was to get a ride and meet me there about an hour after I got there. Well he's sick. Trip From Hell!!
This is what was planned: Fly to St. Louis via Milwaukee, arrive in STL @ 8:45 am Friday morning. Spend the day at the zoo, enjoy the 67 degree weather go to lunch, hang out, have dinner, and a small birthday party for Mya. A couple of balloons, a cake and pictures. Fly back to Pittsburgh via Milwaukee saturday afternoon and be home by 3pm ( Read more... )
