Had my LAST track meet for this season. it did really well actually, for me at least. i got an amazing .3 second PR in the 1500m, i know that's like nothing but it's still a new PR (current standing 4:53.5). the in the 3000 i got a 10:45 which is much better than i thought i could ever actually do ( Read more... )
