I've known Johan for six or seven years now. I remember meeting him, and him telling me he wanted to be a dancer. He'd just started dancing at age eighteen. Yeah right, boyo, right?
He applied to the Ballet Academy in Stockholm. Mhm, right, good luck with that.

I'm possibly moving. A guy is switching apartments with me, we're signing contracts on Wednesday. Barring disaster, I'll be moving around March 3.
The guy's alone and possibly an alcoholic and completely unsentimental, he just said okay after seeing my current place, and didn't change his mind. I'm blown away.

So I got a job.
I can't really believe it myself. I've had a lot of short term whatevers that I haven't made money off of, because they never reached above the welfare amount.
But this is like, a real job. That I didn't apply for, haha. They called me out of nowhere and said they'd found my CV, and they wanted me to come in for an interview.

My friend is doing pretty awesome right now. I'm so happy for him.
We went to the lake to swim and eat grilled chicken, and he said things like "I'm gonna marry him, he just doesn't know it", and how he and boyfriend are planning ahead about buying a house, and that he came up with a mathematical toy to help kids understand, what was it, algebra? Anxiety attacks are starting to lose appeal. I have now had them for more than half my life. You'd think I'd gotten used to them, hah.
I'm trying Atarax, both an allergy and anxiety med, apparently. I took one pill day before yesterday. Made me sleepy and reduced my anxiety attack somewhat. Didn't like it, I could still feel it, muted, and it was ( Read more... )
