I had over 100% of my Recommended Daily Allowance of saturated fat with breakfast this morning in the form of whipped cream over waffles. Ouch. For lunch I will eat steamed dinosaur kale and rainbow chard with plain brown rice, and I think I'll skip dinner ( Read more... ) -
