Rock Band > Guitar Hero, but don't tell Forbes
So a writer for Forbes magazine got the weird idea that Rock Band ripped off Guitar Hero. Or rather, in his words, "EA also teamed with MTV to sell Rock Band, a shameless knockoff of Guitar Hero that added drums, bass and a microphone to the world of make-believe rock stars." Racial Slur on Receipt
Some things just never change. After a college student from Kansas returned some shoes to his local Journeys store, he noticed on his receipt that the clerk had selected a racial slur as the reason for the return. So, Senator Diane Feinstein wants to crack down on people selling fake tickets to Obama's inauguration in January. I'd like to go to DC, though I know I won't be able to get a ticket. The election was crazy. Didn't realize I'd be so excited, but when CNN announced that Obama had won, all I could do was smile. How many more kids can now truly believe they too can become President?
