so got an update on my second dad...they said that it might now be fatal yet. if it goes internal or spreads to more than 10% of his body than it will be. Otherwise they're pretty sure (but cannot guarantee) that the little spots can be cut out or treated with creams when they're on the surface....phew! i feel a little better. they're testing ( Read more... )

just got some of the worse news of my life...the man i consider my second father has just been diagnosed w/ melanoma. Its some special kind, and they cant do anything for it. :( the only good thing is that they said he probably has atleast ten years, but he goes to the specialist tomorrow and they'll be able to give him a better prognosis.
