Rainy days and Mondays

It has been raining for I think 6 days now? It feels more like forever! I am growing mold between my fingers (not true), and I don't even need to water our inside plants because it's so humid (actually true). I am thoroughly bored with life at the moment. BUT, I did finish my final units and am now done with school until July! It was so nice not to ( Read more... )

Come visit me! I finished my semester this weekend, but I am taking classes starting May 31.
I miss you, and I need a TONS of help with my new classroom:-)

Oh yes, we will have to play! I love the North End, and your apartment, and most especially you :) I'll call you soon and we'll make plans.

I like your "Currently Reading" thing you have on your LJ - could you tell me how to do that too? I'm very into my books lately :)

i've been meaning to say: yes, i can tell you how to do that! it's really pretty basic, but it probably requires that i show & explain it to you in person. you just have to copy & paste some code in. fun, fun, right?? :)

i got your IMs, and they made me SO happy! let's DEFINITELY hang out & eat cupcakes & watch Mitch Hedberg soon!!! sounds like a *perfect* date. ;)

Okay, if you are even at all still interested, I finally figured out how to show you code in a comment!! So basically to do the "Currently Reading" thing, I copy & paste the code below into whatever entry i'm doing, and then I change 4 things: 2 ISBNs, the title, and the author. The last 2 are easy enough; the first 2 aren't as hard as they sound! Basically the ISBN is the 10-digit # that occurs in the URLs. So you would replace, in this case, "0060512180" with whatever the ISBN for YOUR book is (which can be found either on the back cover of the book, or on the copyright page). So. I hope that makes ANY sense to you, because it's very difficult to explain, but it's not that hard once you get the hang of it!! I hope. Anyway, MISS YOU!! Hope all is well.

And good luck with this, if you ever do attempt to use it! (No worries if not!!) xoxo
