Is anyone else in Seattle having trouble with their Speakeasy internet? We called them to complain about the speed of our connection and they essentially said, "Oh, sorry, the lines out to belltown are really old and there's nothing we can do about it

Buster is going to call Speakeasy again tomorrow. I think we're done with them! And moving anyway, so whatever. Yay for 3G in the meantime!

I'm sorry to hear you're leaving Speakeasy, but I understand. The new company is also way more concerned about small businesses than residential customers anyway, so you're probably better off with one of the really big guys until you need business services anyway.
