Hospital checkup update: I find these so damn amusing,

1) You attend and they weigh you
2) They ask you how you're feeling, and write your response in a little notepad
3)  You leave with a bit of nutritional advice, and a friendly slap on the back and a 'we'll see you in 3months'

Okay so am officially 120kilos today, [264lbs] When I see 250, I will feel like I have hit a mile stone, till then I am very ho hum about my weight loss 'successes'

I am going to make a diligent effort to go on a nature/bush walk/hike this weekend, I dont get nearly enough REAL air/exercise and i want the last 118lbs of my wl journey to be over with, so i can start my living healthy for the rest of my life journey.
