HELP!!!!

I'm looking for a Luke and Noah fanfic.  It's a multi-chapter story where Noah is given to the Snyders as a baby when Charlene dies in Holden's arms.  I found it as a link somewhere and never caught the title or author.  I think it's on lukeandnoahfans.com, but I could be wrong.
