After not checking livejournal regularly for years, it's really hard to get back into it. Especially when you don't have your own computer.

Never been to California. The closest I've gotten was Montana. And if I was the kind of person who could just pick up and move somewhere, maybe I would. Maybe. But that probably wouldn't work out too well for me. Unless I married some rich guy or something. But I'm not that kind of person who would do that, either =P

oh! karaoke! i've only done it one time and i was shocked at how fun i found it to be lol

but yes...getting back into livejournal is tricky. i'm surprised i'm still semi-at it. hopefully we can both keep it up! :)

When I used to have a big group of friends up here (a lot of the same people that I just hung out with, after years of not hanging out with them), there was a place here that had karaoke every Monday night. They also had half priced sushi on the very same night. We'd go every week. I never sang though, haha.

My dad's wife has karaoke microphones, that have all the songs in the microphone and they connect to your tv. Sang some songs with that once, and it was indeed a hoot =_
