There are things I didn't realize I missed. Like having a window in the shower, having my own computer and Tijuana Flats ( Read more... )

You are right on with the being able to change surroundings. I've done that many times over the years, and it always does help. Of course eventually being, well, me, catches up with me and I feel stuck again, but generally it's pretty great to have two homes.

I will not let the Wii consume me! Not making any promises, but I don't think it'll be a problem =P I haven't spent too much time playing it. It's much more fun with other people. Last weekend we played super smash brothers brawl, which is insane. And Sope and Missy are coming over again tomorrow night to play with me and Analyn. Woo hoo =)

you have smash bros!!!!! wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!

i'm fairly good at that. and my friends are pretty good too... so.... eeeeeeeeeeeeee. i haven't played the wii in a while. i gave mine up to a friend of mine, cause like you said, its more fun to play with other people, and not many people come over...not that i'd want them too, since i'm sooo lazy and my junk takes up more space than it should.

I am awful at smash bros! Of course I've only played it that one time so far. And we were playing with my bro, so he pretty much won most of the time.
I've been trying to get a couple of friends over to play (other that family, I mean) but no luck.
I am loving bomberman land, but it's actually kinda tough.
Anyway, as I believe I've mentioned already, if if you're friends get tired or being tourists 27/7, we could definitely just hang out at my house one night, order delivery, and play video games =)

Oo i have a Wii too! When we get the internet set up here, we should exchange codes so we can visit each other. I'm not exactly sure how it all works but we can try it out together!

Most definitely! Let me know when you're all set up. I'm not sure how it works either, really. I know Analyn and Missy play MarioKart together online though. I haven't joined them in that, because they've spend MASSIVE amounts of time playing mariokart and I can barely stay on the track at this point, so it'd be no fun for me to play it with them. Have to practice I guess, but I got Bomberman Land so that's what I've been playing (love that for the ds as well).
Yay Wii!

yea.

thats kinda how i feel when i go back to florida too. or come back here. its like "hey family dog, ginger! hey family" and stuff like that. but then i fall into my old practices when i'm in west palm, like sitting on the couch watching cable tv...wondering whati should do for the day. and then eventually taking a nap on said couch. then ordering some spaghetti from the italian place down the street...or waiting for food from my parents takeout.

as long as you enjoy where you are. not just the settling of satisfcation but like the true i want ot be here mentality. just figure shit out... thats what life is about for the most part. ... see ya soon :-p

There's a lot I enjoy about both places, definitely. And if I were completely happy with myself, I could probably be happy anyplace. I may be rather slow at "figuring shit out" as far as this whole life thing goes, but I do try, honestly =)
I definitely needed to be in MA earlier this year, and I definitely need to be back here now. I would have been upset if I was up there in Sept and didn't get to see you at all!!

No way dood, I definitely don't get to see friends as much as I'd like to, and you being super far away, it's awesome that I get to see you at all!

I never asked for a Wii. Never expected to have one, though it's definitely fun with the right people. And Andrew is probably coming back down here soon, I know he'll appreciate it. My dad's kinda funny when it comes to buying toys, haha. But he also helped me to be able to go see the doctor, so I'm not complaining!

Don't be homeless Ellie. That sucks. I hope things turn out OK for you guys. I'll be thinking of ya, of course.
Actually, I had a dream about Mike last night, how weird is that? I don't really remember it, but the dream itself wasn't weird (pretty sure you were there too).

If I could drink on the beach all night with the three of you... I don't, but I understand. Like a missing piece would be returned to the puzzle. Oh well, maybe you can arrange it with the guys, and you can toast to me...
