As you might ascertain from the title, I am exhaustedI was on call again last night on the Peds wards and had a nonstop 30 hours of work. I beat my personal record of number of admissions, with a grand total of 13. And then (why I thought this was a good idea is beyond me) I had scheduled a doctor's appointment for myself post-call.
