No worries ladies, the diet didn't really last. Crackers and coke got old pretty fast. I've moved onto Slim Fast! I found some of the powder shake making stuff, must be mom's, so I'm doing the whole shake in the morning, shake in the afternoon thing. 1 meal at dinner-time.
