It really did seem like the weekend would NEVER come. I don't know if that was because I hadn't quiet recovered from all the tension of last weekend or cause I was just sleeping like crap but I really felt that the work week was about 8 days long. Nice lazy night tonight. My big plan? Lie in bed and read a book, the only difficult thing about that is deciding which one. I have finished pearling both sleeves. Now I just have half the petticoat forpiece to do. Sigh. At least there seems to be an outside chance that I will finish in time.

Well three toiles later I finally have a workable pattern for Gaia. Yeah victory at last is mine! Of course the fact that I had to make three toiles means that I am now frightfully behind but I think I will still make it. Needless to say most of my weekend was spent working on coronation outfits. Last nights big event was Gaia coming over to be fitted into her dress for coronation and what a disaster it was. It seems that Gaia has been loosing weight by the gallon for months (wish I knew how she did it) and some how in the last two weeks or so she has managed to loose another dress size. I had a very productive night last night. It was so beautiful out that I went for a walk. Unfortunately, I didn’t stretch out so well and ended up with a crap in my calf.
