Sitting in Chicago.

WONDERFUL Weather outside. Warm and chirpy birds.

Leaving for Alaska on the 6th for a month. One of those family trip things.

Physical therapy going well.

Exactly seven days later. My neck and back still feel like I was hit with a 2x4 on a daily basis. My physical therapy starts on Thursday, for which I am obscenely grateful. The meds have also helped, as has the Anti-flam (wonderful stuff!) from sent to me by a loving boyfriend ( Read more... )

Typical Monday. Until some dude rear ends you. 911 called, less than 5 min later, both dad and I are strapped to back boards, neck braces and oxygen. I only spent 2 hours in mine, dad had 3 hours. In LA slobbing for a bit before supervisor gets off the plane.
Its nice and warm. We all went to the Renn Faire yesterday. It was lovely, though different from my home one. New perfume. :-) And a book on dyeing with plants from your garden. Excited, but monosyllabic.

I found out last night that if you accidentally drop spaghetti noodles on your cat, and they stick to the fur, she will run side ways an into furniture because the noodles are chasing her. It took the length of the house to catch up with her. Then she ate them.

FINALLY, the machine and I have come to an understanding. It does what I want, and I will not chuck it from a second story window. Now, I am actually making headway on getting stuff (tm) done.

Its spring outside. SQUEE!
