When Scrunchies Attack

Jul 22, 2007 16:01

Okay- this is pretty childish of me, but I need to see if I can settle a very minor (if not offensively trivial) dispute. This is a question especially geared toward natives of the Midwest:

What is considered a "scrunchie" in the Midwest?

Feel free to post visual aids.

Yep, that's a scrunchie.

Back when I had long hair, I had velvet ones. Purdy.

I'm not from the Midwest but I'm with everyone else... scrunchie is a scrunchie is a scunchie everywhere I go. (Except England, I bet... they have funny words for everything there.)
