Over a seven-year period the human body regenerates every single one of its cells. Biologically, this is awesome. Yep - I tightened it up all right. The project what I'd been struggling with went from 70% to 92% finished, for a given value of finished. It's amazing how work can bog you down and how actually doing it is so endlessly better than running from it.
