Winter Storm '07
Just a quick post from work. There's a big one coming at some point regarding this last weekend's TSO performance, which was awesome. But for now, just a brief note regarding the rather crazy weather.

Don't want to work
Ever had one of those days where you really, really don't want to do something? Better, you don't want to do *anything* at all? Just curl up on the couch/bed/floor/sumo/comfy chair and watch tv/movies/play games/read a book? Today is one of those days.

Gotta love those weekends
So it was a good weekend. Even if Freaknight XI was canceled. More on that later, but the Enforcer part on Saturday was, as expected, stellar. I'm continually amazed (though I don't know why it still surprises me) at how effective we are at partying in large numbers. 86 people in a single house and while it felt full it didn't feel annoyingly ( Read more... ) -
Preparing for the insanity
So it's nice every now and then to have a weekend of rest. Took it fairly easy this last weekend, which has proven rather good for body and soul. A chance to recharge the batteries, heal some of the niggling injuries, actually catch up on cleaning the apartment. Distracted
I've found myself distracted recently. Distracted in that wonderful, horrible way. Unfortunately, life is starting to get...complicated. Again. Nothing so bad as it once was, but still adding up.

Once again, it's been a while since I've posted. I blame a slight cold in addition to my schedule of doom. Oh, and work being retardedly busy. Spell check is claiming that isn't a word, but I'm leaving it in there. Take that spell check!

New friends, busy life
Okay, it’s been damn near a month. There’s a reason for this. It’s called my schedule.
I’ve been playing an average of 4 soccer games a week for this month. Three of those games on weeknights. Which leaves only one weeknight for getting things done (Friday’s will NEVER be a working night). Weekends are, of course, meant to be spent doing things ( Read more... )
