Okay so for the past two weeks, and continuing on I will be going bowling spare the weekends I am going to debate. Well this weekend other than bowling 140 I also had the adverse effect of being sore for the past two weeks, and this week hyper-extending a ligamet in my left leg. Damn I do hate that bowling ball... ah well
