I'm glad that that's where they go. I read only yesterday that their fins are selling at 100 quid a pound. The fish are being sliced and thrown back, and are dying in great pain not long afterwards. Reminds me of the bloke on our fishing boat who used to do exactly that. The soup was good and we didn't discourage him. Oh how our attitudes change as we grow up! X
My hat's off to the divers who surveyed that cave. Having lost a friend to cave diving, I can say that it takes a lot of skill to dive these, and you don't want to make any mistakes!

Given the depths, I'm wondering if they didn't use ROVs or some other indirect method of scoping the cave. Sports diving ends right around 200 feet. On special mixtures you can get a lot deeper if you know what you are about, though.

With the rebreather tech they are starting to get major hours in the caves. You still will never get me into one underwater (Went ceiling sucking once...NEVER again.) but I do miss my caves.
