I am feeling very anxious

I hands are swelling up and my ecxema is acting up and I can feel my heart racing. I am also very ADD tonight and can't sit still. So typing will be very hard for me. I am not sure what it could be. It could be that I feel uncomfortable about not working tonight, or that I wish that things could get put in place for my third job (yes, I have one
