Breakfast of Champions by Sir_Thopas - For a time traveler, life is just a collection of moments. This is 50 of the most important moments in the life of Martha Jones. By far the best treatments of Martha I've read in fanfic, and if you do nothing else, read this story. It's moving and heartbreaking and everything you could want in a fic.

Beyond the Yellow Brick Road by Pluto - Years after her adventures in the TARDIS, Martha Jones is haunted by the Doctor as she investigates an alien crash site. A future!fic, this story does a great job of showing how the Doctor impacted Martha, even years later, both positively and negatively.

You Can Run But You Can't Hide (Your Reflections Only Follow Remix by Topaz_Eyes - They'd both been out of sorts since 1913. A short piece dealing with the fall out from Human Nature/Family of Blood and how the events have affected both Martha and the Doctor

Seems Far From Home, Seems Farther From You by girl_wonder - After the year that wasn't, Martha tries to move on with her life. Another wonderful character study-esque piece. A crossover with Stargate: Atlantis, it shows Martha dealing with the immediate aftermath of the Year that Never Was while rebuilding her life.

Noble and Jones by Tierfal - For once, someone interrupts Martha's nap for a good reason. The Martha and Donna adventure you wanted but never got in this fun short fic.

Crossing Into Established Events by foxrafer - Martha accidentally finds herself in the wrong Doctor's TARDIS. But sorting out that confusion is put on hold as they must come to the aid of the Librarian and stop a mysterious alien from erasing the significant intergalactic achievements across the universe. What would happen if Martha met another of the Doctor's regenerations? This fic has Martha and Nine teaming up to save the universe - of course, neither is too thrilled about the prospect.

It Was the Summer of '69 by Bobsyeruncle - 20 July, 1969. Trapped in the past with the Doctor, Martha Jones pulls an all-nighter to catch the first broadcast of the Moon landing. For those of you who've seen Series Six, the summary should give you all the info you need. And for those who haven't, spoilers. ;)

But for Martha, it's been seven hundred and thirty days, and for this reason, she is not altogether surprised to see Captain Jack Harkness standing in the middle of the hospital waiting room. Martha transitions into and out of a world of stories, meeting herself all along the way. The evolution of Martha from storyteller to savior, or how Martha saves the world with determination and stories in this story that expands upon Jack's "voice of a nightingale" comment.

The Lonely Doctor's Club (Or: Two Doctors Walk Into a Pub) by nox_candida - Two doctors meet in a pub and find out they have quite a bit in common. Martha Jones and John Watson meet in a pub and commence a bitch session, which is as wonderfully comedic as it sounds.
