I think it's catspeak for plotting the end of the world. I frequently come home to similar cat messages such as this on my laptop. I am pretty sure the 3's stand for something having to do with the extinction of the human race.

I cannot believe you have failed to interpret it correctly! Obviously, Saga is shouting in slow motion speech to you about the American Anthropological Association. "Threee.......A...." How else can Saga learn about the humans which will one day be dominated without education and lecture halls? Really, Bjorn, I'm disappointed in you. :)
