Ug. Mensch. Yikesenfreude. I'm so excited/nervous/thrilled about going to Germany tomorrow. My bags are packed (for the most part), and I think I have everything ready. I can't wait to get going, but I'm really nervous that I'll forget my German and start speaking nonsense words ( Read more... )

Ok kids, this is it. This is probably going to be the biggest week of my life. First and foremost, I have to choose which college I'll eventually end up at before I leave on Friday, and apparently we're going to have a "conference" or something about that tonight. And I just remembered that today is April Fool's Day. Do with it what you will.

This is it. All is finished. My final college letters came today, and I am very pleased by the results. Let me give you a final tally of my standings in the game called applying to college:

Ok, over the past couple hours, I have come to a couple of important conclusions:

So today was actually an ok day. No spanish test (score), and the presentations in class were actually mildly interesting. Econ test was rather easy, (and I really hope I didn't get any multiple choice wrong, or else Sharkey might take away my "Most improved skier of the year" award).
