Yesterday - did the p90 workouts. today, went on a 5 mile run. took me 43 minutes. Don't know why i ran it at +8 minute miles... Tomorrow's 3.6 mile run must be done at 7.5 minute miles. I need to get that faster pace engrained in my muscles ( Read more... )

fuck cops. i believe every one of those pieces of shit who enter into the academy should have the shit kicked out of them for no goddamn reason. they should be arrested using the same unnecessary force they use on innocent people every day.

6 hours til my last final - in advanced micro economics... 8 hours til i'm finished for the quarter... 15 hours til i'm finished with all my work for the night... one week til christmas... 2 weeks til j comes home...

looks like i've got stuff to look forward to. =)

i just finished writing ten pages of my research paper overnight... i have a meeting with my thesis adviser at noon, then work from 12:30 to 10pm. We'll see, based on whether or not i make it through that shift, if i can perform reasonably well on no sleep for 36 hours ( Read more... )

i smashed my finger so hard last night at work, i thought i broke it, but now i don't think i did. it still hurts extremely bad though. luckily it's on my left hand.
