I have no real opinion on bullying and I'll leave the intelligent discussion to those smarther than I, but I will say that if weightlifting hurts and you hate it, you may not be doing it correctly?

Weight lifting itself hasn't hurt me, but there's always pain in the days following a workout session. After a month or so to build up a resistance and get used to it, it doesn't hurt nearly as badly. Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but I've been lead to believe that this is a common thing.

I just disagree with your premise. It didn't teach me to stand up for myself, it convinced me at the time that I was worthless. And as I grew up, it taught me to hate society as a whole and fear people.

What good came of it?

The time they stopped caring is right about the time I decided they could go to Hell, but I'm not sure what would have happened if they had persisted ( ... )

There is a difference between something being good and good things coming from bad things.

You say bullying is good. I don't know if you mean that, or if you mean good things can come of it.
