Yesterday at the LezBash the word scrotal came up. oh wait, the actual term was "scrotcosy". To be worn under a utilikilt.

I actually read that as "scrotocracy" a whole bunch of times before continuing to read and seeing the under the kilt business which really clarified it for me. But "scrotocracy" can work, too!
