Interesting! Though if it works in reverse it seems like at some point someone would have been accidentally been dumped "in reverse" -- after all there are more likely to be people on steps at 12:35 pm than 12:35 am.......

I'm glad you thought of that. I really want it to work in reverse, but that detail keeps popping out at me. Poor Henri. She's probably stuck.

Nice take on the missing stair as both a stair that is missing and a stair that makes you go missing. It built up very nicely.
