Yum!  Vegan Pho' simmering on the stove.  Though I  prefer my Pho' with steak and tendon meatballs, It makes me happy that the vegan roomates are happy.  Okay, gotta go make rice fettucine with olive oil and basil.  You all wish you lived with me.
