New pet

I just bought a pet rat.  I've not had one in years.  He is black and white and will be named Fredo.  That's Fredo, not Frodo you fucking geeks.  Points to people (other than Dave and Scott) who catch the reference.

Shaina, since you are taking a hiatus from pet rats I thought I'd take up said "vermin burden."

Fredo Corleone. Don Corleone's middle son. In Godfather II he ratted to Hyman Roth and Johnny Ola on Michael's comings and goings in Havana which almost got Michael killed.

Essentially, a rat for a rat.

Michael later had him killed. But I don't have to tell you about The Godfather. Do I?

Truth told though, I always really liked Fredo(in the movies that is). He sort of got a raw deal. Hyman Roth tricked him.

Yay for pets!! I realized that the condo is way too quiet at night. I'm thinking of getting either a cat or a rat... both have their appeal. Where did you get Fredo? Did it seem like a good place to get a pet?
